Reviews
 - Absolutely horrible experience. Had a parking pass from Burlington Waterfront Hotel as we were guests. My wife and I went out for dinner and came back to claim the only spot left. Interestingly a young lady was standing in the middle of the spot (saving it, for a companion who was not even at the lot)! We waited half turned into the spot and were shocked that she thought it appropriate to save the spot. My wife went to get the lot attendant who had a conversation with my wife and the individual saving the spot. He SHOCKINGLY sided with the individual saving the spot by standing there. He then went to get a pylon which he placed in front of my car, so I couldn’t enter the spot! My wife attempted to get a hotel staffer to come out, to no avail, as the decision to allow her to continue to “save” this parking spot was supported after a short conversation. WHO in any circumstance anywhere could save a spot for a car that wasn’t even on site!… and never arrived until 15 minutes later! The attendant ought to be FIRED for neglect of his responsibilities in ensuring that paid patrons can get an entitled spot. it’s a CAR parking lot, not a people parking spot. Imagine if we could all do what the attendant allowed. This incident RUINED our stay in Burlington. Shameful behaviour. I was also THREATENED by him that he would issue me a ticket!! I already paid for my parking! Sad where we do the right thing, but the lot attendant CHOOSES to neglect his duties!
