 - I had parked my car at this garage a few times as it's close to my work and convenient. Every valet that I've interacted with at the garage has been fine, however, Dawit, the supervisor, was terrible to work with. My vehicle was damaged at this garage, I alerted the valets before leaving and filed a report. When I filed the report, one of the valets who is there almost every afternoon told me that another patron had reported similar damage to their vehicle earlier in the day but did not file a report, and that he thinks another garage in the city has people breaking in trying to sabotage them. Dawit called me a few days later to gather information to share with insurance, and when I relayed what the valet said to Dawit, he seemed surprised to hear this. Two weeks later, I received an email from Dawit saying he completed his own investigation and that he deems no crime was committed on their property. I asked for him to share any evidence supporting this and he responded simply reiterating that the investigation was complete. I have since filed a police report but wanted to warn others that your vehicle may not be safe parking in this garage and that if it does get damaged, the supervisor will simply reject any claims.
