 - Terrible service a couple men in here are very abusive judgmental evil people. If they don’t like you for whatever reason they will make it so you can never park in there garage and they will call the garages in the area to make sure you can’t park in the others ones too. They pushed my wife down to the ground because she forgot to leave the keys in her car it took her 5 min before she realized ,she walked home with the keys and she walked back and he pushed her on the ground and spit in her face because she forgot he was so angry he raised his fist at her and was about to hit her and I stopped that bitch beat his ass and called the police citizens arrested his ass. They will hit women and whoever they don’t like

 - In my opinion, the people in the garage are extremely nice! Now there can be improvements but overall, its a good garage to park. I just don't know why people don't like it. Feedback: 1. Prices could be lowered 2. Could use a little training on new cars 3. Could try NOT to leave the windows open for flies and dust

 - I went monthly at state garage in january 2015 up to May 3 2015. I had no problems all attendants were professionals treated me kindly and were highly informative of monthly rate how to pay and what was expected. My number was 576 and I truly respect these men who job is customer service with positive attitude and kindness since all they do is park cars and retrieve autos to person daily. I had no problem all workers from time of open to close were just remarkably respectful professionals with sense of humor. They have rules posted as you enter the garage. I will always park my car at the state garage whenever I'm in the nob hill neighborhood.

 - I asked the attendant the charge for parking overnight, to which he answered $30.00. I told him I would need three days, so he told me it would be $90.00 (made sense). When I came back the next day and told him I only needed two days, he quickly told me that two days was $45.00 per day (the same as three). I asked him to show me where that was posted and he could not. He became very upset and told me to be quiet and listen to him. I told him that I thought he was very dishonest (and a few other things) and left. I am currently disputing this with my credit card company.

 - There was a misunderstanding about me taking my car vs. needing to grab something. When the manager found out I was simply grabbing something, he lost it on me, started yelling, told me to get out, told me my month contract was cancelled (I was only three days in), and told me to leave. He tried to reach into my car to grab the monthly parking permit from my rear window, which I obviously need to get a refund. A few notes- The garage was very busy and I waited for 15 minutes while they attended to other customers and grabbed my car. I understand they were really busy, so told them not to worry, that I would park my car on the street and then return later in the evening. This didn't keep the manager from yelling at me. He escalated the situation, told me my contract was "cancelled". I returned to ask for a refund for the days I wont be using. The manager claimed he can't process the refund, that it needs to come from the management office, and that I would only get 50% back.
