 - Got my car locked in here overnight. Does not have clear signage overnight indicating that this garage closes at 8pm. A complete headache

 - Seriously, that garage has no attendant, not sure if there's any security. The garage is very dirty, and I won't be surprised that cars will get broken into.

 - This parking lot should be shut down. I was there on a Saturday evening. Their ticket machine was giving out bad tickets after you paid to get out, so the arm would not lift. After repeated attempts to get an attendant by pressing the intercom button and no one showing up. I went upstairs to the lobby and called the # on the window of their office. I spoke with a woman who said there was no manager available and she said I would have to wait until the morning to get out of the parking lot. This was unacceptable. I live in a different city and the reviews on Yelp claim that many cars are being broken into there, with their windows being broken. I was fortunate because a kind man put my ticket in the machine, saw that I had paid, and then lifted the arm for me to escape. He was not an employee of the parking lot and said this happens a lot. As a matter of fact I saw him hold it up for another car also. When I try to call their company and leave a message for a return call I get no response. Unbelievable! No security, no concern for their customers. I am giving this no stars, but have to put at least one because it requires that.
