 - Left my car from 8:10 pm to 12:10 am on a Wednesday, machine charged me $26 for 24 hours of parking for 4 hours. My car was broken into with passenger side window smashed and items stolen from inside the car, even though this is supposed to be 24 hour video surveillance and you have to swipe your parking pass to get into the garage

 - I have parked at this garage on numerous occasions and after last night will never again. First off, the facility smells like human waste and needs cleaning. The card swipe to the door for reentry to the elevators from Pike street didn't work and the billing machine wasn't working properly either. I had a miserable experience trying to get out of there and when I called for assistance was hung up on.

 - Watch your back. Lax security. Pan handlers inside.

 - If I could rate this terrible garage lower, I would. After discovering the unattended garage was allowing more cars in than there were (very tiny) spaces available by a slow tight journey to the top of the garage, we started down in an upward/downward jam of at least 15-20 cars. Several passengers had to get out of their cars to help direct traffic. It took 30 min to get down to the front gate - so now we had to pay $5 for our release! I want my time and money back.
