 - Very poor costumer service. Does NOT do a good job of communicating the rules of parking at this location to use the library. The staff is not helpful. Will not be parking here again.

 - Parking is a 24-7 business and ABM doesn't have anyone LOCAL available to help with anything nor did the actual venue. I left messages and have e-mailed ABM. Problem is/was I have a "VALID VALIDATION" for parking and it was not accepted and I got jacked for $35 to park for 2 hours. Bottom line is that PARKING IS a 24-7 business and my call(s) should have been resolved IMMEDIATELY, now I have to wait for biz hours to get the problem resolved.

 - Parked in Westlawn Garage. Machine didn't accept credit card on way out. Pressed assistance button on way out for 10 minutes, no one answered or came. Finally tracked someone down -- told me to pay at the office. Their systems wouldn't process any of my credit cards. They had no solution but wouldn't let me leave. They had no protocol for dealing with this situation.
