 - WORST parking experience ever! Parking lot was full even though I had a reservation. Parking attendant was rude and useless. Shuttle driver was late requiring multiple phone calls to the garage. My car was damaged while parked at the structure. The phone number posted to call for assistance was a phone number with a FULL mail box. After sending 6 text messsged and phone number I NEVER received a call back. NOW I have to get me car fixed.

 - Would not use thus parking service if it was last one on earth. Took twenty fie five minutes to locate an available parking space with another twenty minutes spent in waiting for a shuttle. Upon return it was grossly overbooked with cars triple parked. Called again and had to wait 30 mplus minutes to have employees move several cars in order to leave Upon departing I was charged an additional full day for the hour of overage that they caused. These people sghould be put out of business

 - Do not use this place. I bought a groupon coupon, showed up, and the lot was full. This is a recurring problem. See the other reviews, it happens a lot.

 - Just came from there today. The driver was excellent, friendly and helpful. The problem was we were flying from Asheville NC and had connections in Dallas/Ft worth. The flight from Asheville was delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Dallas and had to spend the night. I had purchased 7 nights in advance with the groupon voucher. Being one day delayed, I expected to pay the $16 for an extra day. We arrived back in San Diego and arrived at the garage one hour after our extra day 24 hour time and they charged me another $16 for the extra hour, saying "we charge a whole day if you are over by one hour". Greed is an ugly thing, told them we had no control over the cancelled flight and I'd be glad to pay an extra hour, nope.."you must pay for the full day". Greedy

 - My car was broken into at their facility even though they say they have cameras. Staff was unhelpful and I was given the number of a person named Mona 310.709.0296. My guess is I will never hear from them. Also, they won't take the Groupon and made me pay again, but I am doing a chargeback for the additional charge.

 - Thieves THIEVES THIEVES be aware. Do not park in here they are thieves! If you have a Groupon and try to use it to pay your total days they claim you can’t use the Groupon because they “just change the rules” They should tell that when the customer enters! And if you show the voucher at entry they say there is no space... they take advantage we will never go back there!!

 - Our car was smashed in at Laurel Airport Parking. The estimate to have it repaired is $3200 - $3500. The management will not return my calls. I have called Laurel Airport Parking many times, always talking to a cashier that takes my number to give to 'Mona' or another woman who is supposedly the General Manager. I've also left messages on (310) 709-0296 which is supposedly Mona's number. Even when one of them was on the site they wouldn't talk to me. On July 31, 2018 my husband and I flew back to San Diego arriving at about 12:30 AM. The shuttle picked us up. The garage was very dark because of the SDGE blackout. Jerry went up to get the car on the roof, he brought it down and I got in. The next day I drove I went to get dry cleaning and when I walked out, I said, "Oh, that's not my car." because the whole front passenger side was smashed and the side mirror was too. A green paint smear indicates it was hit by a green car. It's been over a week, I've left many messages and the manager nor owner will not call me back. We have parked there for many years.
