 - This new way of parking is too complex especially for older patients may not even own a cell phone. Could it be possible tp just scan the vehicles Lic# when entering the garage & again when exiting. Compare the entry time with the exit time and have software generate a charge if need be. Pay with credit card to open the gate or if no charge the gate opens automatically.

 - Parking should be free for patients upon ticket validation with a real person attendant. Not this intrusive, invasive, camera surveillance, high tech, QR code, smart phone app-based third party vendor with questionable enforcement practices.

 - I DON'T have a smart phone. If I did, I wouldn't want to put an ap on it from a public parking lot-too many scammers out there. Doesn't seem like this place is set up for the old sick people who don't have a desire to play w/ the new technology. odd for a hospital...

 - The WORST parking "service" ever! The app took all my info, including my credit card number, and wouldn't process the payment, saying that my zip code was wrong. Nope. It's correct. I know my own zip code. Please change parking companies to one that is more user friendly and COMPETENT. Such systems seem ripe for hacking, which is one more worry that Kaiser patients don't need.

 - I don't have a problem changing back to paid parking. However, I would like to know more about when and how. I have a smartphone but I am an old person with limited technical skills in its operation so I need some further insight before I get into the underground parking and when I am driving in a que looking for a parking space and unable to successfully read/understand the posted info. Thanks.

 - I find it dumb I have to pay to come see my doctor here I think visitors should have to pay BUT patients shouldn't have to pay. I do not understand why this seems to be the only KP place I visit that I must pay to park.
