 - Service is horrible. I stopped parking across the street by Bed Bath and Beyond because the little Spanish skinny man who thinks he is the owner is very rude. Now he is at 425 East 61st Street and just as rude and nasty as ever. You pay $38 to park you would think they would be courteous. I had stopped parking their in February because I caught Covid from one of their parking attendings. When I returned back to work I ask for this very nice man and they lied and told me he was switched to evenings. I haven't seen him yet. I only started parking back there because I have clots in my legs from Covid and could not walk to the other parking lot at 407 East 60th Street (very nice, courteous and charge half the price). That man and I had it out because I didn't move my car fast enough out of the lot. I had issues with my Wage park card so I moved away from the counter to call and see why my card was declining. They informed me that I had spent my max $270.00 in this lot over a week and a half even though I had money on my card. While dealing with them this ignorant Spanish man yells out for me to move my car in front of everyone. I told him I was handling something and he tells me nastily that's your problem. You can never get in touch with a manager. No one answers the phones. On Monday when I picked up my car I noticed scratches they put wax over it to cover it up. They have raised their prices 3 times in one year from $22 to $38, DO NOT PARK THERE

 - Yes my issue is having to wait 2 hours for my car because the employee understood me to say I was picking up my car at 8::00PM I had said 3:00PM I was told I had to wait two hours because 200 cars were in front of my car I am requesting a refund of 22.00 for the inconvenience The date of occurrence was 6/9/2021
