The Heldrich

 - The attendants didn't seem to know how to handle the reservation when we arrived. We decided to stay the night at the Hotel, but they didn't have a way to use my card info which was submitted for the 5 hour reservation,so we had to pay twice. That could be improved. Otherwise It was good service. Thsnk you.

 - I chose this lot for its proximity to The State Theater. It was a rainy day, cars were backed up because space too small to handle volume, and the attendants were not very attentive to the patrons when I came to pick up my car. My friend and I waited a long time in front of the hotel in the wrong line because there was no one to give us instructions on where to go to have my car returned after the show. Finally, I caught someone's attention. Too much confusion with hotel guests trying to park and unload and valet guests trying to get their cars.

 - Went here to see a play at the State Theatre and was glad I made a reservation ahead of time. No need to worry about looking for street parking!
