- I arrived at the restaurant at 6:13 pm and I asked if the parking was free, and the workers said "yes for the first 2 hours, you should be in and out no problem". So I eat at Sotto Sotto, and walk my girlfriend to her car and come back to get my car and the worker, Michael Hult, says that will be $5. He had wrote down that I arrived at 5:50 just so he could charge me $5. I showed him a screen shot of my GPS I had sent to my girlfriend at 6:02 saying I was 10 minutes away from the restaurant. He then submitted to that proof, but then said "you have to tip us". I was planning on tipping this man, but after being rude and lying about my arrival time just to get $5 from me, I had planned to not tip. He wouldn't let me close my door until I had tipped him via venmo (intrusion of privacy and completely unprofessional). I would have rather paid $10 to park than to get this sort of treatment from a rude, terribly inconsiderate person.
