 - I parked at this garage for 3 hours. Upon leaving, the machine to pay was not working and the gate was up, so I left. I received a notice from Parking Revenue Recovery Services in the mail stating that I owed $92 for failing to pay. I contested the charge online via their website, explaining the situation and informing them that I was willing to pay the posted rate of $16, but certainly not $92. They dropped the charge to $72. I then called them to contest that amount, as it was still far more than the hourly rate posted. I was told that this is a "text to pay" facility, even though that information was not clearly displayed or communicated at the parking garage, and that they would not reduce my fee to the posted $16 rate.

 - Like all the other reviews state, stay away from this place! Stay far away from all of their lots. They are scammers and sent me to collections. I will let it sit there so they then have to pay the collection agency to get the money they are trying to scam me out of.

 - You will pay for parking via the barcode and receive a parking violation notice in the mail. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

 - There are no attendants and all the payment machines are broken. Tried calling their phone number several times but their voicemail is full. No online portal. Horrible customer service.

 - Avoid this parking garage like the plague. They just switched over to a new system and they are literally scamming people. If you are a minute late leaving the garage, they take a picture of your license plate and charge you $45. They turn you over to the "Parking Revenue Recovery Service", which is not a government agency, it is a collection agency. Plenty of better spots to park in downtown.

 - I had to park a rental vehicle in the public garage (Neusteter's Garage) next to my residential building as my own vehicle was parked in my spot just below Neusteter's. The posted max rate was $16 per day, with a new "day" starting at midnight. I had parked my rental in the same garage for 3 days. On the 4th day I parked again at approximately 10:30 PM with the same rates posted as described above. When I exited the next morning at 7:45 AM, the garage charged me $50 with zero warning of an increase. When I asked the attendant, he stated it was related to events occurring in the area (volleyball tournaments, and freaking Oprah). Blatant price gouging and false advertising. Especially awful as they are clearly trying to rip off visitors and manage to do the same to local residents. Will never park here again and will actively tell everyone visiting me and anyone else that will listen to park elsewhere since they outright LIE.

 - On Saturday, Jan 12, 2019 I parked in this parking garage. I paid for my parking at the machine in the lobby ($12.00). I then proceeded directly to my vehicle and was shocked to see the line to get out of the garage was all the way up to the 5th floor. I had to pay an additional $6 on my exit as it took me 40 minutes to get out of the garage. This is outrageous! I should get a refund for the time I had to waste valuable time in line to exit their garage.

 - I park here daily, never had any issues or problems. They have an office inside the garage so kind of a no brainer for complaints.

 - Ok If I could put 0 stars I would. This garage just charged my bank account with 9 charges all in one day. The problem is they were from December, Jan, and Feb. What kind of business does this? Ok and then I have tried to call their number. Try and call them you never get a live person, nor can you leave a message fro them to call you back. Bad business...this is suppose to be their business number that no one answers (303) 825-7275
