Ice House Garage

 - its a bit tight getting in, just take your time. Staff are great, professional and made me laugh. They are the best price in the neighborhood.($500 less than nearest competitor) Being new to parking around here I took a month. I am now going to try Alternate side parking. Does not mean I will to be back.

 - Completely shady operation. Booked a 5 day stay at the garage through ParkWhiz and paid in advance. We booked our arrival for 4:30pm, but arrived at 3:37pm. Was told by attendant that the early arrival wasn't a problem. Learned 5 days later that an early arrival evidently IS a problem. When we arrived to pick up our car, a New attendant (completely rude and unfriendly, by the way) informed us that we owe an additional $98. When I asked why, he explained it was because we brought the car to the garage an hour early. Attendant said the additional fee was ParkWhiz's, not the garage's. ParkWhiz, however, says the additional fee was the garage's, not ParkWhiz's. (Someone is lying, obviously.) Regardless, as you can see on this very website, the garage doesn't charge $98 for an hour's stay. So my advice to everyone reading this: avoid Ice House and ParkWhiz. Your wallet will thank you.

 - Will never park here again. Pull up to lot, rung the bell and waited for the attendant (like the signs told me to do). A man round the corned with his arms up asking me what i wanted. Well clearly i would like to park there. I rolled my window down and told him i bought a voucher through parking panda and showed him the receipt on my phone. He asked why i didn't print it out and i told him because it literally said on my receipt to screen shot the voucher and show the attendant. He told me that he was going to have to keep my phone until i arrive later that night to pick up my car. I simply laughed and told him thats not going to work. He then told me i had to pay an additional $5.00 to park there because the prices through parking panda were not accurate (not my fault). I informed him that the website told me it would only be 34 dollars to park and he cut me off by saying and i quote, "i don't care what that website says, we've been telling parkin panda for months that the price they have listed was not accurate and they still didn't do anything to change that, you're wasting my time either you leave your car and pay the difference or get the hell out, i don't have to take your car." Considering i had to be at work and already payed for the lot i payed the difference. I later called sparking panda to see if they could confirm if what the man told me was true and it was not.
