 - I was their with my boyfriend little sis for the anime con during January this year was a pain to find and park great close to the con love Tharp but it’s said 10.00 for one day but charge us $2< in a weekend to park won’t take mine or my boyfriend card I had to use up my last bill of a $20 to pay fix your sign pricing so others don’t get confuse and be charge double then they needed too

 - These rates are not accurate. I resorted to parking here, recently, when the North Market lot was full. Our lunch there took less than 2 hours, and I was charged $15.

 - I will NEVER park in this garage again. I had a 10:00am disability hearing on May 11, 2017 upon pulling in, there was a sign at the Front St entrance that said $10 for special events parking, I'm sorry to say that a disability hearing is not a special event. I pushed the help button and explained that I did not have any cash and did not have that much on my debit card, I was advised to back up and go to a different exit. There were several staff at the other exit, I again explained my situation to a gentlemen that was very rude. He told me that it was not up to me to decide what a "special event" is. I had my parking ticket and debit card together in my hand, he took both of them and scanned them in the machine, my card went through and he said you must've had $10 I explained that it could bounce and cause me a $34 fee, however he didn't seem to care. I contacted my bank and let them know that I did not authorize him to scan my card. This is now being disputed. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. Sincerely, Mrs. Davis

 - Why did you take away the prepay parking for big events? Ridiculously time consuming to arrive and leave for Blue Jackets game. Gates should be open for quicker departure.

 - Pre pay was much better for events, takes forever to get out after a Blue Jackets games paying after the event.

 - who's bright idea was to fix most of entrance of the garage all at the same time. with all the nationwide employees parking there its a nightmare getting in in the morning. and heaven forbid there is a event going on

 - Extremely narrow pathways to go thru. Hard when two big cars come thru in opposite directions. Have had things stolen here with break-in into the car. No ownership of issues by the management. Location is good.
