 - Sheraton downtown Denver was a great place to park. They were so good to all of us who marched on Saturday! Thanks. Parkme was great too.

 - I so appreciate being able to reserve spots for the Women's March on Sat. You had someone at the exit that made it so easy. You and your Company did a great job. Thank you.

 - I appreciated being able to reserve a spot on-line for last Saturday's Women's March in downtown Denver (1/21/2017)! I live in Boulder and this was convenient for me to ensure I have a parking space. Even though, I had the address of the Sheraton, it would have been nice to have directions on how to enter the parking garage (or did I miss that on my email)? We got in easily, but noticed that the parking spaces and rows are pretty "tight" (backing up out of the space is a bit of a challenge). Overall, I would use this service again, but it would be rare, as I don't have business in downtown Denver. Thanks!

 - I was a bit confused by the multiple addresses for access to this garage, one of which was from the 16th Street Mall. I called the Sheraton to find out how to access the garage and was given the correct information, to enter off 15th near Cleveland. The process for entering and exiting the garage was easy. Exiting to the lobby of the hotel was convenient and the hotel staff were very welcoming to the large crowd that was assembling for the Women's March in Denver. The daily rate was very reasonable. I'll use this service again.

 - 5 star experience because of the 2 employees and pre-pay reservation and convenience, or ZERO stars if we had to go find someone in order to lift the gate or else pay twice in order to exit the lot. >> Being 36 miles out of Denver, it was TERRIFIC to consider that I could purchase a reserved parking spot online and know we had an easy place to leave our car for a day downtown! So I pre-paid and rcvd an email with a code and instructions to scan it upon entering the lot. OK. We got in line to enter the pkg garage and when we got to the entrance gate there was no machine available for scanning codes and the gate-lifting machine just said 'take a ticket'. There was no way to back-up the line of cars waiting to enter so we could exit AND FORTUNATELY there was an employee very close-by whom I showed the email code to. She said to take a ticket to lift the gate and scan the code on my way out, no worries about having to pay twice. Well, on our way out there was again no scanner in place to scan code. Fortunately, again, there was an employee nearby who told us we were supposed to scan it on the way in!! Thankfully, she was there to open the gate for us to exit the lot. Perhaps this lot is planning to install the scanning equipment once they get enough feedback of the value of the pre-pay system?? Thank you to the human employees that I value over scanners !!!

 - Only one of the hotel's garage scanners seemed to be working on the way in, forcing our car and another car to back up and pull into the second one. On the way out, there was an attendant on duty who told us that many people were having problems with the code scanners so she was there to deal with the problems. The Sheraton really needs to update their scanner technology because clearly it's not working well for many.

 - Located available parking in DT Denver easily with this website. Purchased it easily as well. I parked in Sheraton, level B4. VERY tight quarters there. Construction/reno going on (in the parking garage) concurrently, so traffic had to be redirected internally. I found a space in the morning, away from most other cars, in what I felt was a safe location. A man was approaching me as I left the car, said he was counting lights (?). Don't know if he's an employee, or ?. There were a few spaces marked for oversized cars on the far wall...away from where I parked. However, upon my return I found a Ford 250 fullcab/fullbed parked next to me. It prevented me (Ford Fusion) from turning sharp enough to avoid hitting the concrete column behind me. It was him or the column. I don't see how he fit in the space, but I am now paying to repair my back left bumper. Not likely I will return due to close quarters, poor signage and lack of monitoring.

 - There is no attendant to give you're parking receipt to (I self-parked), and the front desk had no idea that you could pay for parking with this service. Ended up talking to the Valet manager and he was able to get my room bill updated to indicate that I had paid for parking, but had to get my room key re-issued. Parking price was great.
