 - I find the garage not well marked as far as parking and exit signs inside the garage! There has not been an attendant on duty anytime during my trips to the Medical Center. I have nightmares about getting stuck at the exit with no one to help and cars backing up! I understand that the La Salle garage is not new; however, a full time attendant would help if you make a wrong turn and find yourself on the decline and at the exit without a ticket . Any advice?

 - Card reader not working had to call each time, Directions should say enter off Canal Street as that part of Lasalle is one-way. Enter directly across from Tulane Med. Center Emergency. No problems with garage or area, would use again.

 - The parking location and lighting were very good. Unfortunately, there weren't instructions for entering or leaving garage. It would be helpful if there would be general procedures provided included with the confirmation email. To exit, the attendant at the exit booth was helpful when leaving. I would not have known how to make reservation payment without attendant's assistance/instructions.

 - The location itself was very good and clean - no complains. However, the procedure for entering and leaving the parking house was a bit confusing: There was neither a QR code reader nor a keypad to enter the reservation code. First, I had to pull a normal ticket to enter. When I wanted to leave I had to press the assistance button for calling the hotline at the exit and telling them my reservation code. That should be explained in advance by the operator after purchasing a reservation. It might be cumbersome for foreigners that are not fluent in the English language.

 - I feel safe parking in this convent garage that is well lit. When my brother is in the hospital for his cancer treatments someone in the family is there until 9pm when visiting hour ends.
