 - Our cruise was from Mar 13, 2022. We came in at 10:50 am and stood in line for more than 2 hours. At 1:00 pm we decided that we will go to ports parking as we did not want to miss our cruise and paid again at Julia parking. On the ship many other folks had the same story. They oversold their parking, it was completely mismanaged affair, people were cutting into the lines to get in and the employees were not paying attention. I have tried to get my money back but no response from the company or neworleansparking.com

 - Convenient location? For sure but the people that take care of this place are crooks. They charge $50 bucks (cash only) for events when such price is listed online as $20, with a "take or leave it buddy" kind of attitude.

 - Awful experience here. They tried to force separate people when you get back to the parking garage if you have luggage. They don’t allow luggage in the elevator when you come back, but you can have it when you bring it down... we asked to take the stairs then because we didn’t want to separate. (I particularly as a woman, to be alone by herself, didn’t feel safe) They said the stairs are closed, which is a safety hazard. We went up the entrance ramp and just took the elevator from there... it was ridiculous. The staff don’t care about you, we had one nice person who took our bags in the beginning after that it was rude uncaring people from there. Once you’ve paid them they don’t give a crap about you.

 - Parked in a lot near river walk. Prepaid for parking and when I returned I had a boot on my Suburban. Was told that I was parked on parking space line. I was then extorted for $110 to remove boot. These people are low down dirty crooks. Beware!!!

 - If you are a young woman or just a group of you women traveling together be wary of parking with these people. They will be absolutely rude to you and try to take advantage of you. Probably one of the worst experience I have had customer service-wise. The team that loaded our luggage ripped one of my groups bags. After we tried to get some sort of reparation, we were met with horrible customer service blaming us for the ripped bag even though one of their drivers said they ripped the bag. Then when we got off the ship, I was leaving the deck. The attendant "helping" people leave the deck was even worse with customer service! He accused me of lying for no reason at all. He had a horrible attitude. He told me as I was leaving that I "needed some coffee." I have worked in customer service previously. This is not how you treat a paying customer. After that experience, I was ready to just get back to my group and go. As I parked and loaded up our car, I noticed that every other group had a worker help them load. Basically once I spoke up about an error on their part, my group and I get treated like garbage! Incredibly rude!

 - Loved parking here for Cruise and will use again. Was very easy to find and only minutes from the port. We took our own luggage off ship when we returned and were in our car and on the road home by 8:00 am. Prices are very reasonable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had no problems!!
