 - I reserved a space using Spot Hero. However on the way out I didn’t have service on my phone to scan the code to get out. I pulled over to go to the cashier’s booth. The man proceeds to tell me to hurry up and show him my confirmation. No one was waiting for him. I let him know that was extremely rude. I was appalled and disappointed. I plan to not return.

 - The parking app scanner does not indicate if the scan worked or not. Although the floors are numbered, there are no numbers for sections or spots, and the whole floor looks the same, so there is no way to help you find your car again once you return.

 - My only concern about my experience parking in your facility is that you can't tell if the QR code on the Parking Panda printout you receive works with the reader at the front gate. After trying to several times to get the reader to scan, I pressed the green button on the ticket dispenser for help, and your staff person just advised me to take the ticket from the dispenser so I could get in. When I went to the self-service kiosk on this past Thursday to pay, I put the ticket in and I was charged as if I didn't have a Parking Panda reservation. The charge was about $64 and I thought that was reasonable so I decided there was no need to make an issue out of it. Yes, I paid that on top of the fee I had already paid to prior to that to reserve my space, but again, I was OK with that. My suggestion is that when a person with Parking Panda reservation is entering your facility to post some sort of sign at the scanner explicitly telling folks what they need to do as far as the scanning is concerned. Yes, you had an instruction to hold the QR code two inches from the scanner, but with all the street noise going on, you can't tell if the scan is successful or not. Aside from the problem with the Parking Panda reservation, I was pleased with how close your facility was to my conference hotel and the clear markings and signage. When I come back to Arlington again for a conference, I will most likely use your facility again. Thanks very much.
