It is about 1 mile from LP Field, requiring only a 20 minute scenic walk across the Cumberland. Egress is simple, heading south to I-40 again, and avoiding the streets that are usually closed for downtown events.
Even though the paving at the lot is a bit rough and it's several blocks south of downtown, the price and convenience merit 5 stars.
