 - This company seems to have no infrastructure in place for handling false claims of non payment. If you call the number on your violation, you'll have the displeasure of speaking with a comically rude woman who identifies her self as Karen, and who will simply hang up on you if you aren't prepared to give her a credit card number to pay the alleged violation. I paid to park. The confirmation number number from the company is: 896774319. I realize this is an odd place to provide such information, but again, Karen keeps hanging up on me when I try to resolve this issue.

 - I paid for two hours of parking. After less than one hour I returned to my car and there was a violation for nonpayment. I've contacted the number on the violation to dispute the charge and the woman on the phone just hangs up on me. This seems like a scam.

 - This parking lot is horrible. My wife and I are both handicap and we pulled into the handicap space with a Florida registered handicapped plate. We went for a walk to a few stores and came back 45 minutes later. We saw a ticket on the front windshield of the car and found it to be a fine for $50. We saw a woman in a yellow vest going around giving out tickets and I stopped and asked why we would be getting a fine since we had legally parked in a handicapped parking spot? She very rudely said we had failed to pay for the spot. I asked again why would we get a ticket for parking legally. She then yelled at me there is no free parking in this lot. She said I am not loosing my job over this ring bullshit. I turned and got back into my car and my wife and I tried to go online to pay the ticket. A short while later 3-4 minutes the rude women in the vest walked over to our car and tapped on the window mouthing something my wife nor I could make out. We motioned for her to leave us alone at which time she said my boss is on the way. We left the parking lot with the feeling she was after us. There is no sign that states that handicap cars have to pay to park in this lot. The second issue is if the lot is a private parking lot there is no sign anywhere that states that it is a private lot. This is a horrible way to treat handicapped people that only wanted to come down to the beach shops and spend. Money with local shop owners.
