 - 1. I do not plan on using this service again.. 2. counter girl to busy chatting with friends... three couples standing in rain...no service...after 5 plus minutes came to counter 3 next person same deal chat chatt chattt before coming to counter 4 my true same deal.. this person is so slow to get anything done chat...look around ... do this do that . I was tring to get my keys she said I had to pay...again... I said I did on line as noted on the web page... she had no record ... to bad so sad just pay.. what oh what do I do...found the guy s\who took the car he remember me then looked thru the car.. found the original form..gave it to her, another 5 minutes goes bay before she would give me the key to get out 5. then trying to get past the gates... no light their to see what to do I gave up and just drove arount the gate and left not to happy.. cabs are a lot easier

 - Excellent service. Shuttle was clean, quick and friendly.

 - The online reservation process went smoothly. Airport transfer both ways worked out well. Staff was friendly. Car was ready to go when I arrived.
