 -  No reservable parking for this lot. This is the response I got. Even more people were chased out of our parking lot, so now there are about 30 empty spaces not including the meter slots. Sometimes there are as many as 13 people parked in the meter lots, most of them don't pay. This is getting to be rather crazy. I am respectably asking you to tell me why we can't park in those extra free spaces that now never used. I was forced to give you at least one star in order to leave this issue.

 - Why do we still have parking meters at 800 E. City Hall Avenue. There are about 15 people who are FORCED to park from way over past Popeyes to the commonwealth attorneys office. The reason we have to park so far away is because our jobs are considered to be too low level to park with other people in the 800 City Hall parking lot. There are about 20 vacant parking places that are controlled by Norfolk Public Schools that no one parks in. NPS just likes to keep those available to them in case they need them, which they never have had to use them. Spaces left open and we suffer for that. Why can't you just shut off the parking meters and let our people have a parking place. we are not really low-level workers we are just as important and needed as others are. Also, there are STILL those who work for the Jail and the Court who are allowed to park in our parking lot. They should be moved to a closer lot near the Court. I'll give you one star just because.....
