 - If my husband and I had known the monorail wasn't operable May 11 - 18 2021, we would NOT have parked in the Jannus long-term lot. As senior citizens, our trek to the terminal with a week's worth of luggage for variable temperatures and visiting grandchildren was rugged at best because it's the farthest lot away and the signage was inadequate. Our hope was the monorail would be running by the time of our nighttime return. We would have been better served in the Economy Lot with transportation to the terminal and a bill of less than $156: insult to injury!

 - I prepaid for parking the bar code would not work so end up paying twice for the same period. Now I cant get any help getting credited have called three times emailed ask TPA no luck. Not got customer service please help

 - Easy in and easy out. Close proximity to the gates. A little pricy at $18 per day, but very convenient.

 - Bus transportation to the terminal was easier and more convenient. Someone said this is not New York City. He should note that LaGuardia parking is $39 per day. Ouch!

 - Very poor for handicapped. Very long from spaces to elevator to train, handicap spots always full, cannot use people movers in wheelchair or walker. Elevator to train too long for wheelchair. I cannot believe this is ADA compliant. May fit letter of law but certainly not spirit. Shuttle buses were much better as driver would always help. Bring back shuttle buses

 - I agree with the other comments. $18/day is expensive for long term parking. The Airport needs to provide a more economical alternative in the $8 - $10 range (with shuttle service).
