Downtown Commons East Parking

 - My complaint is that I wanted to know price before I got there. The site says $15 for all day. When I arrived, I find it is actually $28 for the whole day. I won't comment on whether it's a lot or a little but the website should be accurate. It is sometimes hard to leave - lots of cars for the number of gates. I had no troubles today except for the surprise cost.

 - It normally takes approximately 5-10 minutes to leave the garage, with vehicles queued around the parking structure isles and to the stairs. The new system and camera scans vehicle license plate, system runs the plate; then asks for the parking ticket is very slow and frustrating. specially because the machines do not take cash and the automated credit card is very, very slow. It took us exactly 10 minutes to leave the garage on September 27, 2017, at 1:20 pm. The parking attendees do everything they can to release vehicles, but the system is the big problem.
