 - Easy to get to when following directions from website and punching in the address into google maps. My dislike was the lack of signage foie available spots. The garage is a multi use one (apartments, shopping, etc...). Spots were big enough to accomodate a truck. Also when exiting there multiple buttons to push too be able to speak to representative to get out. Location is nice for pepsi center events. Will use this service again when going downtown.

 - I have parked at this lot several times. getting out is very confusing. There are two call buttons and it is not clear which is the button to the call center. The other goes to someone in the building I believe and they always act confused. This to.e I must have picked the wrong button because they just raised the gate and didn't ask for a code or ticket number. Sometimes I have to wait for the right petson to respond. Please mark the buttons clearly or indicate on the reservation to use the call button on the right or left.
