Grand Avenue Mall

 - Never park at this structure! We paid $26.98 for one hour of parking at the second floor kiosk only to be told at the exit that those aren't their payment machines and we would have to pay another $26.98 to get out. Is this a scam??? For one thing, why did it accept our payment if it isn't the right machine and why isn't it clearly marked to pay only at the exit? They told us we would have to submit for a refund. Of course, we didn't get the second receipt because they claimed the machine was jammed. When we try to get a receipt online like it says on the ticket, it says it's invalid and when we go to the Grand Avenue parking garage chat site to complain, they want you to pay another $5.00 and be on a monthly membership to look into it at all! Stay away from this business!!! If I could put no Stars, I would!

 - Charged $27 for four hours to see a show at the Riverside on Friday night. Outrageous!

 - Similar to previous complaints, I paid $18 at the self-serve payment kiosk, but the kiosk at the exit gate would not recognize my payment, and I was forced to pay another $10 upon exit. Why are you duping customers with additional payment kiosks???
