 - Horrible experience! Thought my lunch a few weeks ago was at LaGrolla but it wasn't. Tried to leave parking lot to get to correct restaurant but forced to pay $25!!! Attendant refused to do anything/let me leave without paying! So your online site re "free" parking is bogus! Have already told LaGrolla but they contend they have no control. Not sure I'll frequent your area again and made sure to let my colleagues know of this problem! Very poor customer service in terms of accomodating my error!

 - This lot is poorly marked. Cars are constantly parking in the access lanes and no one does anything about it. People regularly have issues with the parking gate which backs up traffic.
