 - quisiera que me reintegren los 20 dolares que me quedaron trabados al momento de pagar. tuve que terminar la operación pagando con tarjeta de credito visa terminada 2402 y ,me hicieron dejar todos mis datos bajo la promesa de devolución en mi país (Argentina)del efectivo que la maquina no me devolvió. El pago se realizo por una estadia de mi automovil a las 7.21 del día 25/03/19 número de comprobante 11030598. EL parking de Bayside Marketplace 401 Biscayne Blvd Miami, Florida 33132.

 - Thieves! I paid $15 for the 3hrs and 2 minutes (parking for up to 4 hours cost $15), then left parking lot 5-10 minutes later (waited for my wife), so the total time parked there was like 3:15; and they charged me an additional $7 "late leaving fee".

 - THIEVES !!! Stores were closed when we Parked so by the time we managed to get out of the parking it took us 14mins because it was packed and they forced us to pay $7 even though we never actually parked or use their service

 - Their early bird special is pretty awesome. And I've always found the garage to be easy to get in and out of, with relatively easy access to I95.

 - The prices for the parking at Byside Miami is outraged. For 3 hours parking we have to pay $10.00!!!!! I can not believe that people willingly pay this? I did like to shop at Byside, but now I will not be a costumer there anymore. I call this prices, stealing!

 - Parked here to get on the Island Queen tour boat. Swiped my credit card at the kiosk and was charged twice. I've contacted the parking garage several times to get this matter corrected by trying to send a fax of the charges (but the fax line stayed busy) and also attempting to send the info via e-mail (which kept coming back undeliverable). I am never going to use my card (if I decide to visit again)at this place again. I suggest that no one ever uses their credit card at the kiosk to avoid this happening to them.

 - We parked here for a Heat game. After the game, we waited for an hour before trying to leave and then had to wait in a line for 30 minutes just to get out of the garage. There was only one cashier open. It was completely ridiculous because we had prepaid!
