- Entering the parking garage was easy, it was leaving we had a problem.First, I pulled up to the exit and tried my card several times it kept saying cancelled, then a young guy pulls up on a bike and tells me to use the other exit(he was very rude about it, like it was my fault it didn't want to work)I processed to the other exit the same thing happened again, I tried several times and it kept saying cancel. I pulled back around to where the young guy was at and asked if he could help me.... He then called me "B***H".......at this point I am sure he could have helped me the first time and I was confused as to why it was not working after him calling me that ,my family in the car, I then begun to have a attitude back he then told me his name was "Trenton", then processed to call me a "B***H" again and said I hope I run someone over and A LOT more other horrible things. I have 3 witnesses in the car and it took everything for them to NOT get out the car and get in his face over all the S**T he was talking for NO reason. While all this was happening my card again didn't work.... we then gave him $6.00 just so we could leave. I recommend that having someone work for this company and act like this should have serious consequences. My family was in the car, So did you get my $6.00 or did he pocket it? Is this acceptable for people you hire? Can you explain why he acted that way? I will NEVER park here again.
