- Horrible customer service! Spent 2 hours at Reading Terminal. No vendors were giving re riots for cash transactions due to covid pandemic and teller Diane Haynes refuses to stamp us and required us to pay $30 for parking? Absolute rip off. These times for everyone is tough but $30 for 2 hours and then we showed her the 15 bags of stuff we bought to help out locally and she refused. Never coming here again! Diane you could’ve had some heart your job is dependent on people visiting and buying locally...
