- 1/17/20 Went to this parking garage since it was close to Nordstrom's. My wife is handicapped but we do not yet have the parking permit for her. Parked on the 3rd level close to the elevators. Elevators were not working at all. As far as I am concerned there is no real parking for handicapped people.

- Update: 2 hours later, still waiting to exit. The line is bumper-to-bumper and not moving. Where is traffic control to help folks exit?

- We have been sitting in our car trying to leave for 30 minutes and no one has moved. This is a hazard - what if someone had to leave urgently? I called the number on the web site and got someone 30 miles away who sounded drunk and obviously could not help me.
