 - I was charged $6 to park. When I went to the kiosk on B1 to pay, I inserted a $20 bill into the machine and short changed me by $1. I ask the valet if they could assist me by getting my $1. They advised that they are separate from the machine and directed me to use the emergency/help button. The male who answered the emergency/help button was not only rude but stated that the machine is known to shortchange customer's and basically told me that I was out of luck then disconnected me. I'm very disappointed and will pursue this because this is now a matter of principle that you DO NOT cheat your customers!!!
