 - They said it was no cash and touchless but attendant had to swipe my credit card. Then I had to keep my parking ticket to get back into the garage. Finally I had to insert the ticket in the machine to leave and pull the ticket back out of the machine before the bar would go up. What in the world? This used to be my go to parking solution downtown but it's changed dramatically for the worse and people there are not friendly or helpful.
