3101 Market St Parking

 - We parked here and when we arrived at 10am we told the young man that we would be leaving the car overnight. We told him we would return around 2pm the next day( we were catching train out of town). He told us fee would be $20 and we paid upfront. When we returned the next day there was a boot on the car placed by the facility! They said because we left the car overnight they booted it! Then said we owed an additional $12 since we didn't pick it up by 10am. So which is it? Either you didn't know we were leaving car overnight OR you did and because exceeded 24 hours you charged us more! We would've gladly paid the money in advance if that was the fee but don't act like you didn't know we were going out of town!
