100 SW 3rd Ave Parking

 - I frequently use this lot to park in for shows at the Broward Center for Performing Arts. My concern is each time we have been blocked in by cars not properly parked. There is always some guy in the lot collecting money and sometimes he has keys to move these cars and sometimes he doesn't. We usually arrive early (1 to 1.5 hours) for the performances therefore we use parking meter. I'm not sure if the company is aware that this is occuring - someone is making money outside of the parking meter. This is causing a great deal of conflict and someone can get hurt especially with all of the crazy people in this world today. Please address Thank you for your assistance
