- I parked here monthly for over a year. You get kicked out for every day tribe game and any events that are going on. I was a few days late to pay my monthly parking due to being kicked out of the garage and I was actually in the office one day and waited 10 minutes but a woman was arguing with the only employee there. I paid and tried to leave the garage and my pass did not work. I had to go back and was not allowed to leave without paying $7. I came back the next day and just wanted that refunded. When they would not do that I wanted my money back for the month since I parked there only 3 times. After arguing with the manager for a few minutes I settled on half my monthly cost.
After two weeks of hearing nothing I went back, ended up talking to the account manager who was extremely rude and she had not even processed my refund yet. I was assured it would be completed soon. Now two and a half weeks later I have not seen any money nor any communication for the garage. The account manager, the property manager, and the staff that man the office at night were all rude and inconsiderate. The woman who is in the office during normal hours is the only person who is remotely friendly.
It has been over a month now, going there 5 separate time and I have made zero progress. I would not recommend this parking garage to anyone!!!! Save yourself the hassle and park somewhere else.
