- Had an echo-cardiogram and saw a doctor at Northwestern on Tuesday Sept 28, 2021. Had my parking ticket validated by Phillip in the Blume Cardiology facility. When I paid my parking, I was charged $49...so I paid it. I think I was ripped off. HELP
