Recensioni
 - Parked on 1-12 and was late returning to my truck. I knew I had to come back on 1-13 . Lot hours showed they would be open Sunday . It was snowing on Sunday . There was no sign stating they would be closed if it snowed . I called the emergency help desk. The receptionist was professional. She told me a on call rep would contact me . 17 hours later .... still no contact .

 - This is an excellent place to park for Wizards and Capitals games during the regular season, with very helpful/friendly staff and a well-maintained garage. However, it is inexplicable to me that they should literally double their rates during playoff season. It forces me to look for parking alternatives -- as there are now better-valued garages available despite their contention that all garages charge more during the playoffs (as if their costs go up). I expect to settle into a new garage and rhythm that threatens to cost them my business over the following regular seasons. They will have to determine if such treatment of loyal customers for a handful of post-season games was worth the loss of up to 41 evenings the following year.
