 - Entry to the lot went smoothly and was problem free. However, the person at the gate informed us that the gates close on Sunday (when we'd planned to leave) and that we'd not be able to get our car back. He stated that there was an agreement with the valet people at a hotel next door to open the gate in such circumstances, and we went ahead and parked. When we went to retrieve the car Sunday, the valet people said that there was no such agreement-- that they only do so for their members. After much discussion, though, they did graciously help us exit the lot.

 - My wife had a meeting at the White house with her Veterans Medals team and we needed a lot close to the White house when I drove down so we could make it an extended weekend This lot was very close clean well lit and friendly staff. I found the lot on parkme.com

 - Your reservation system was a great help. I came from 90 miles away to an all-day event at DAR Museum on a rainy day when many streets were closed for a marathon. I had tried to reserve and prepay street parking but couldn't get that to work. Your system was a breeze to use. One problem: main address is 1666 K street but the entrance is at 931 17th st---I made the mistake of entering the K st address on Google Maps. Thank goodness traffic was light and other drivers were gracious---I got straightened out in about 10 min. You'd do well to drop the K St address from yr webpage or find a way to emphasize the 17th st address.

 - Decided to give ParkMe a try after hearing my friends rave about it. Easy to use and understand. Booked my parking space in advance to visit the White House, showed the parking attendant my confirmation and was directed to my reserved spot. This lot was huge so may not have had to reserve in advance but still enjoyed getting to understand the concept of ParkMe and will continue to use it!
