 - DO not park here! The attendant went MIA, the pay stations did not work and the speaker for the HELP button was broken. The woman was screaming at me and all I could hear was charlie brown WOMP WOMP WOMP voices. I was crying and pleading with them to send someone to let me out because a line of cars was forming and I was basically STUCK in the lot with a plane to catch. They refused. No one could get out and I had to call the Cambridge police to come. Only after the police arrived did the attendant show up. Oh yeah and they still charged me $26 to park there. ATROCIOUS.

 - Don't park here! I tried to pull into the lot, and the attendant made hand motions at me that meant I shouldn't pull in. I rolled down my window and told him I had a reservation. He asked "What time?" I showed him my reservation, which said noon -- it was 12:30 at the time. He grudgingly let me in. An hour later, I got a text from a friend of mine who had also reserved a space in that lot. She told me the attendant had told her she couldn't park there. She explained that she had a prepaid reservation, and he insisted that she leave. She had to find, and pay for, alternate parking. This lot should be removed from your listings, as they are attempting to pick and choose their customers, even if their customers have already paid. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
