Recensioni
 - Gave a 1 star because negative stars were not an option. Parked here in the afternoon on Friday October 25th, 2019. Went to my vehicle on Saturday morning and found that someone had stolen the spare tire from under my vehicle, an 11 year old Nissan Xterra. I have lived in Detroit, L.A., NYC, WDC, even the third world, and have never had anything like this happen. I would NEVER/NEVER recommend this lot to anyone!!! P.S. Lot is listed on SpotHero as having staff on site. Despite numerous visits, staff was never on site except for a short period of time on Monday morning due to a Presidential visit to Chicago. Note: This lot's address is also listed as 64 E. Hubbard Street.

 - We booked this parking. After staying 2 nights, we came out to a dead car. Someone had siphoned our all our gas (1/2 tank) and disabled the electrical system by trying to break into the car. When we contacted Interpark, they responded this was not their problem and would do nothing for us. They stated it’s the city things like this will happen. When asked that it’s advertised as secure parking, they responded with we don’t have cameras it’s park at your own risk. And then they hung up.

 - Great experience, the reservation process online was simple. I used the app to go in and out of the lot and it was very easy!
