The Westland Avenue Garage

 - Park at garage,taking grandson to POPS on 12/16/2023 afternoon show..insert credit card into machine to purchase event parking received parking stub back and a charge of $11.00 to credit card,,,,when exiting garage inserted parking stub ,,which came back BUT did not open Gate instructed to insert credit card ...Line of cars forming behind me and no one to assist..I inserted credit card and was charged an additional $32.00 Which was probably the normal charge for the time I was parked at garage,,,I BELIEVE YOU OWE ME $11.00 Please respond and explain.... IF I am incorrect an explanation of the $11.00 charge is needed Thank you

 - The Westland Avenue Parking Garage is clean and easily visible from the street. The only complaint I have is that I had to pay TWICE because my prepaid 25 dollar reservation was not validated by the attendant because I could not find anyone in the office when I arrived. When I left...I was 1 hour past 11:30...as my reservation was from 5:30 to 11:30 pm. If I knew that I would be charged ANOTHER 25 dollars for being 1 hour over...I would have looked elsewhere. I would have given this garage 5 stars otherwise.
