- I parked in this garage on Thursday evening to go to the Midland Theater. When we got out at 10:30 the wire gates were drawn, my car was the only one left in there, and most importantly there was No Signage with any information at all. Nothing about closing in the evening. Nothing with a phone number to call. Nothing. No signs anywhere. We are from out of town, live 60 miles away, and were left completely stranded in #@%$!! downtown Kansas City late at night (we are elderly) with no recourse whatsoever. The Uber ride home cost $120.00. Your website says this parking lot is "open 24/7". That's what I saw when I Googled parking near the Midland. Your website completely screwed me up with I'm guessing outdated information. I want a reimbursement for my Uber ride! I'm really mad about this. :(
