It is mainly foreign customers who are being cheated here. The employee on site told us that the parking time is automatically adjusted by the system. After 30 days of parking it turned out that we had to pay per day. €350!!! An employee then told us to pay it and send the receipt to the company and they would correct it later. The company's response was that we should have applied for a monthly ticket. The customer is being deliberately cheated here.
A lawsuit will be filed in court because we recorded everything, including the phone call. If there are other victims, please contact us for a class action lawsuit for these fraudsters
