- Parking kiosk froze up while trying to pay for 4 days of parking before boarding train to Los Angeles. We spent 10 minutes inserting ATM card and entering license and stall numbers. Our train was boarding. Using the online City of Sac parking app continued to loop us back to its home page. We had to run to board our train, assuming we might be charged multiple times for the multiple attempts. Calling the city of Sac from a crowded train and yelling out our ATM number after boarding was NOT an option. Came back from our trip to multiple parking tickets. Nice scam to pay for your new arena, Sacramento.
