 - My family and I have always used the Jefferson Street Garage when we have attended the Diamondback Baseball Games. I have been trying for a month reserve a parking spot for a baseball game. I still HAVE NOT been able to get into the site in order to get a ticket for a baseball game

 - We have been going to the Women's Expo at the Phoenix Convention for decades. Every time we always park at the garage on 333 E Jefferson. This morning we entered the garage and told the parking fee is now $20.00, instead of the usual $5.00 fee. I had not counted on this huge increase and barely had enough cash to enter. Why has your company become so greedy? I am so disappointed that I will probably never use your garage again in fear it will continue to increase. Shame on your company!
