 - Hello, The daytime parking attendant who works the morning shift has refused to obtain my zip car on several occasions including today 11/13/18 at about 10:30-11 am. The representative at Zipcar reported that he never scanned my card yet he said that my card wasn't working. This has occurred multiple occasions. The City of New York pays for utilization of Zipcar and I'm sure the company pays for space in your garage. Please address this matter with Louis as I will be addressing this issue with Zipcar and the City of New York. Thanks.
