 - The employees here are uneducated, unprofessional and do not know how to handle situation . Please train immediately on how to work with people and educate with manners. Made a simple situation an impossible one and was flaunting and pointing to her private area . WORST WORST PARKING area every . Go to 165th collisium block .

 - Very disappointed that they charged me the day rate of $16.00 when I parked for 3 hours from 9:44 am and waited on line to exit for 20 minutes checking out @ 12:52 pm on 3/13/18, the day it snowed in the morning. The girl at the check out was extremely slow and refused to listen when I explained that there were about 15-20 cars ahead of me and she should charge me the $9.00 for 3 hours and not $16.00. Her only explanation was that I should have come there earlier and there is nothing she could do. She put me on to her supervisor who said the same thing to me.
