 - I am a supervisor at Michaels arts and craft store. I’ve been asking to speak to the supervisor and it seems like the supervisor is always busy or is never there. Today 9/13/2019 6:30pm I came to the window and I saw the supervisor speaking with people and when in request for him, he hid himself so I won’t see him and the employ came to the window as if he was a supervisor. When I ask him if he was a supervisor he replied with “can I help you”. I asked again and they denied me. I’m very disappointed! And annoyed.

 - The parking is $3 for 3 hours. I was there 2 hours 45 minutes. My credit card was charged $30 which flashed on the screen at the exit when I paid. There is no receipt provided, or any kind of proof about the amount of time I was in there. I will dispute it on my credit card, but this is crazy.

 - This is continued from previous.... After explaining to the employee I don't need to be shamed for making mistake and I just need to know what the policy is now he then says I have to leave my cell phone with him. It was unclear if I was supposed to leave my car or not but I was supposed to leave my phone go home get 3 dollars and come back. I know you are in the business to make profit but none of that is equivalent to 3 dollars. My phone is worth more than 3 dollars,my time is worth more than 3 dollars and the amount it would cost for me to leave and come back is more than 3 dollars. I even offered my passport because I also needed my phone to use gps to go home and my 13 year old was home waiting. At this point I was in tears and another customer came and gave me 3 dollars. However there needs to be a better policy especially over 3 dollars. To take a person's cell phone is not right and I have no way of knowing I can trust these employees with my phone just like they don't trust I will come back with 3 dollars. Nonetheless it is no longer an issue never I will never be back and I will never spend one cent there again. I just want you to be aware that having a business isn't just about making money it's about providing a service and even though I made the error the way I was treated by your employees was far below the bar even by New York standards.

 - If I could give negative stars I would. I had the worst experience at this place today and it is unnecessary. I will NEVER come back to this shopping center. I came there to return something after yoga class and I had left my debit card at home. When I went to the part where you take the ticket I remembered I had forgotten my debit card but at this point there are cars behind me so I have no choice but to take the card and proceed. Since I was already through I completed my return which took less than 5 minutes because there was no waiting in customer service. I go down to the exit and explain to the clerk my situation he then says well you shouldn't have come here you should've went to customer service. I asked how was I to know what that? He then took 15 minutes backing numerous cars up so I could go to customer service. When I get to customer service the employee is playing on his phone so he does not see me after a few minutes I knock on the window. I explain to him the situation he then says well when you get a ticket you have to pay. I tell him I'm aware of that I forgot my debit card and didn't know the proper procedure once I was already at the ticket dispensary and what is the procedure now. He goes to another guy I hear him explain to him and the guy comes up and says can I help you? I then explain it all over again. He starts berating me about how I already knew and I shouldn't have taken the ticket. I then explain to him that I don't need him shaming me for making
