Wellness Plaza

 - The parking lot was conveniently located for my destination however since I did not pass the sign stating that the payment station was downstairs I went all the way back up to my car before I realized I needed to pay first. There was no signage in the stairway I used. Additionally, when I did get to the pay station the credit card swipe in the machine was quite finicky and it took a while to pay. It seemed even longer because as soon as I got to the machine a homeless man came over asking for money. He did not leave me alone the entire time I was trying to pay. It was very uncomfortable and I did not feel secure. There was no one else around.
